I am a graphic/web designer who also loves to paint. For me painting is like playing music. It’s most fun when I am free with rhythm and color. I like thick paint and am most happy when I am using a palette knife or large brush so that I am forced to shed my meticulous tendencies. (I get plenty of that when I’m doing graphic design work.)
